Overview

DREAMSTATE ✦ Unique candlelight Pilates sculpt class followed by an immersive sound bath experience. An evening to move, release & reset.

ENTER DREAMSTATE

Club Aura invites you to step into an evening designed to quiet the outside world and awaken your senses.

Surrounded by candlelight and beneath a celestial dreamscape, your evening begins with 45 minutes of Pilates, an intentional, grounding sculpt class designed to connect movement and breath.

As the energy shifts, you'll be guided through our signature Aura Awakening Ritual, marking the transition from movement into stillness.

Then, settle into your mat for a 45-minute immersive sound bath, where sound, vibration, candlelight and a few unexpected elements come together to create a deeply relaxing sensory experience.

This isn't just a Pilates class.

It's an evening to move, release, receive & reset.

WHAT AWAITS ✦

Candlelight Pilates ✦

45 minutes of intentional sculpt Pilates led by the amazing Sarah. Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, you’ll use 2 lb hand weights and a Pilates ball to deepen muscle engagement, challenge your strength, and connect movement with breath. An empowering, full-body sculpt designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and ready to surrender into stillness.

Allow yourself to be guided through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice that invites you into a state of conscious relaxation, somewhere between dreaming and being. As the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls fill the room, release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. An immersive sensory experience designed to leave you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and completely at peace.
